I just celebrated my first birthday! What a wonderful time I had. My grandma Toni came to visit especially for the occasion. Friday the 26th was my birthday so she and Grandpa Steve took me and Mommy and Daddy to the Rainforest Cafe for dinner to celebrate. It was so neat! We sat next to the elephants which moved and made sounds. I saw gorillas and macaws and all sorts of other animals.
They had a huge fish tank that I really liked watching too. They brought me a special sundae and sang me a happy birthday song. I also got a balloon fishing pole with a fish. It was a really exciting place. Saturday Mommy and Daddy threw me a birthday party. My friend Noah came and we played. Grandma Debbie was there and my Uncle Jonathan and Aunt Kiki came all the way from New York. Lots of other friends and family came too. (Thanks everyone for making my party very special!) I really enjoyed playing with my Uncle Jonathan. He helped me open my presents - I couldn't have done it without him. The best part though was the cake. I had a little one all my very own. Mommy let me eat it with my fingers......and my face and my ears and my hair........
